Your orders can be left for up to 12 months before they need to be collected. Just remember that we are closed for January and February every year. We will contact you if your order is left for 12 months and remind you to collect it! 

It takes around 4 years to grow a mature sized Christmas tree, as it needs to be pruned several times per year to achieve its beautiful conical shape.

We are approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Cairns and we can be reached easily from either the Kuranda or Gillies range roads. 

Approximately 3-4 weeks with correct tree care which can be found on the instruction card that comes with your tree.
